Mission Memorial Day
Mission Memorial Day traveled to the Philippines to commemorate the Bataan Death March. The team traveled 66 miles in unbearable heat with limited food and water. They encountered extreme hurdles, a kind culture, and remembered what was sacrificed as they took back memorial day.
The Forgotten March Original Score is full of dark and moody passages that aid the story of reverence, sadness, perseverance, and generosity. The record boasts a vast sonic palette from brooding synth lines accompanying a soft piano in "66 Miles, A Dedication," to pounding drums, distorted guitars and swelling sound FX in "The Fickle Nature of Morale."
